FREE shipping for all orders in Australia, US, UK and Canada.
Majority of our products are offered with free shipping. However, some international orders will have flat $10.00 fee for each products.
At the moment we are taking international orders for US, UK and Canada.
Around 3 to 5 weeks
We are putting our best effort for early delivery, however sometime it takes additional time for dispatch and delivery. Please email if you do not receive within 4 weeks.
We will update you if we see any delay due to Airline warehouse clearance and pandemic situations. Please keep patience if delivery extends one or two weeks due to pandemic situations.
You if you are not satisfied and would like to return your purchased item/s, you have to return the items within 14 days.
You will need to recover the cost of return postage as we offer the free delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific purchased item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
The returned policy is accepted for any faulty items, and all credit cards, Paypal and other payment systems.
HOW TO RETURN
Please post back the faulty purchased item/s with all price tags and branding stickers to the address sent by Stride Wear support. You must include the billing and order details you received in your order.
